Laura weiss
Laura is a student of Khyentse Yangsi Rinpoche and Dzigar Kongtrul Rinpoche. She has worked as a Boulder County public health nurse, a psychiatric and hospice nurse and as a nursing instructor. She created the non-profit CompassionRocks making over 600 mani stones which supported the construction of the Sangdo Palri Temple in Crestone, CO. She premiered a short film “Art and Wisdom” at the International Buddhist Film Festival in Amsterdam in 2016. She filmed and edited “Khyentse Yangsi Rinpoche - an interview with Mark Elliott” and helped produce “Journey From Zanskar”.
